How To Make Money Buying & Selling Blogs (Part 1)

The most important aspect of any business venture is to HAVE A DEFINITE PLAN.

Depending on your goal, tactics will differentiate. Are you buying to flip? Or are you buying to acquire monthly income?

If you’re buying to flip, you must b supper aggressive in getting absolute lowest price. And never buy when a blog is at its peak. That’s when you sell!

If you’re buying to acquire monthly income, you’ll need to evaluate the audience, content, traffic, links, search rankings, branding, and profits.

In this series, I’ll cover all that.

Do you want to buy a NEW blog or an OLDER blog? Here are some things to consider:

Buying an older blog is generally the way to go.

They rank better in SEO.

They already come with an audience.

They have withstood the test of time.

Always research their stability, trends, audience, content, and traffic growth. You’re looking for consistent, favorable numbers. Historically speaking, the best older blogs are the ones that have had only one owner.

Leave no stone unturned when researching your potential investment.

The best thing about new blogs is that they are usually bargains. NEVER pay a huge price for a new blog. The main value a new blog has to offer is within the design, domain, and technology. Be weary of scams and bogus numbers (subscribers, followers, traffic, etc.). Do your research.
